Inside Dhaka
Orders delivered within the applicable Dhaka delivery zone are subject to the standard Dhaka delivery charge.
Outside Dhaka
Orders delivered outside the applicable Dhaka delivery zone are subject to the standard outside-Dhaka delivery charge.
01 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are determined according to the delivery zone selected for your order.

02 Payment Method
Shiner Mahi currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders placed through the website.

04 Delivery Information
Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.
Delivery charges are applied according to the delivery zone selected for the order.
05 Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled only while it remains in PENDING status and within 24 hours of order placement.
If an order is confirmed before the 24-hour period ends, it can no longer be cancelled. After 24 hours, cancellation is also disabled for pending orders.
