Are all products available for purchase online?
Products displayed on the website can be purchased online depending on their current availability and stock status.
How do I choose the correct product variation?
When a product has multiple purchasable variations, select your preferred available option before adding the product to your cart.
Can I add an out-of-stock product to my cart?
Products or variations that are currently out of stock cannot be purchased until they become available again.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. You need to be logged in to your Shiner Mahi account before completing checkout and placing an order.
Can I save products for later?
Yes. You can add products to your wishlist and easily find them again from your account.
Orders & Payment
What payment method is currently available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available for orders placed through Shiner Mahi.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
An order can be cancelled while it is in PENDING status and within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. After 24 hours, cancellation is also disabled for pending orders.

The delivery charge inside Dhaka is BDT 70.
How much is the delivery charge outside Dhaka?
The delivery charge outside Dhaka is BDT 130.
